How to transform an empty office building into a University Building for 2500 students and 500 employees? The University of Rotterdam made a movie of the extensive renovation of the Rochussenstraat 198 for which Zandbelt&vandenBerg was the responsible architect. This month an article on the transformation of giant office blocks (the Rochussenstraat as one of the successful cases) will be published in 'de Architect'. Zandbelt&vandenBerg works at the moment on another transformation: the Veerkade Parking in the heart of The Hague commisioned by Multi Vastgoed.
