How to transform an empty office building into a University Building for 2500 students and 500 employees? The University of Rotterdam made a movie of the extensive renovation of the Rochussenstraat 198 for which Zandbelt&vandenBerg was the responsible architect. In this movie the architect Rogier van den Berg comments on how to do it.
